Kindergarten, First, and Second Graders made a trip to the Eustis Senior Center with their teachers today! They sang Christmas jingles, colored paper ornaments, and enjoyed talking with the ladies and gentlemen enjoying lunch.

Food Drive Results are in! The top two herds were Herds #6 and #11. These groups will enjoy Root Beer Floats courtesy of Student Council at their meetings on Tuesday! In total we gathered 350 pounds worth of donations and a whopping 412 items. These donations will be provided to local EF students and families, so THANK YOU for your support!

A second round of photos from our Herds activity today!

Today we kicked off a new community building activity that we are calling "Herds." Students and staff were mixed into various groupings with a good mix of students grades K-12. They then worked on creating water color snowflakes to decorate the halls for winter!
These groupings will be the same for all future Herd activities, so students get the chance to know and work with others that they don't generally spend time with. Fun was had, connections were made, and now we have some great art to make our school festive!

All EF families were mailed a letter at the end of last week, so please be on the lookout in your mailboxes! If you have questions, you can direct them to Mrs. Jenner!

Join us in dressing up for 12 Days of Christmas!

🚨DRIVERS- Please be mindful! 🚨
The crosswalk lights are flashing from 7:45-8:15 each morning and from 3:20-4:00 PM (2:00-2:30 on Fridays) each afternoon.
It is essential that all drivers stop for these lights to ensure that all of our students are able to cross safely. This concern grows as students are now walking to school in the dark.
Please help us keep all students safe by being mindful of the crosswalk!
